Call the garage and check your oil by the dipstick it should read half way between min and max.No one can tell you if there is going to be a major breakdown you need to get it sorted asp.

oil level is low major damage will result if not topped up with correct grade of oil keep receipt and present to franchise

Take it back and show it to the mechanics at the place where you got the car. You have a definite problem, and your oil is LOW. PUT SOME IN NOW!!! That smell is probably the oil burning or smoldering on the engine. Let the mechanics know so they may fix the problem before the car is ruined

Your oil symbol should be more than minimum but it doesn’t have to be a problem right away.
What does it smell like?
Could be the catalyst, if you have one, that smells awful
