i cant eat at least a meal for 3 hours?

No… it doesn’t work the same way
You need at least a small snack every 3 hours
Just eat on the go, or while you’re doing s/t else… it can’t be that hard, really!

Not a good idea. Can you drink? try some sports drink or protein shake instead , or milk in a thermost. Those should give you enough cals to keep from eating muscle tissue.

you have your meal during your break and lunch. We can all get away with at work eating somethings without no one knowing even if it means taking a walk to the bathroom or the copier.
