I would think it would be a bit bigger and say a total culture collaspe…thinking we’re not alone and actually KNOWING while having evidence to back it up are two different things. People will be bound to freak out big time.

Evidence of anything has never stopped religion in the past, I don’t see why it would do so in the future.

The MIB are well within their rights to hide any sort of alien activity from us. Religeous beliefs have nothing to do with it. Humanity is simply not ready for such a thing, since so many of us are xenophobic, stupid, and afraid of change. That’s why they haven’t initiated all-out first-contact with us.
In fact, HP Lovecraft may have been right in that it would shatter the sanity of many people.

For instance, I am from the planet Zoltar and have written NASA and the President many times trying to set up diplomatic relations between your planet and mine. They won’t even meet with me.

Probably not.. The hysteria would be beyond what is life now? Think back to when that fake war of the worlds new report happened. If they where scared enough to kill, pillage, commit suicide, ****… it would probably be the same. Most of your average people are not open minded enough to say ok. You get what I’m saying?

My guess would be that it when jesus told them blind theyve been seen off as religious folks are concerned they have on this first ship and find this is already evidence of maturity of military but civilians as being ridiculously evil or something idiotic like god most think they.

yes, they have been covering them up for years, and they still do because they don’t want people to know we aren’t alone, they do that to keep them still believing in Christianity, Catholicism, and the rest of the faiths created by the government, they need them their for more money! the government does lots of things they don’t want us to know about, just for a buck!
