Well, you know exactly what he’s going through, so it seems like you could help him out for a little bit. I’m sure once he’s back on his feet he’ll move everything to his new place. He’ll want it nearby to work on, after all. Until then, try to appreciate spending more time with your brother.

There is a big difference between storing something and using your garage as a workshop. I would tell him that he can store it here, but he can’t use your garage as a pit stop.

If you really feel that you cannot tell him ‘no’ you may want to set down some ground rules that he needs to follow. It would be a shame if your relationship with your brother suffered because of a storage situation!

There is a huge diffence between storing jetskis and providing a workshace to build racecars. Brother or not you need to draw the line as it is your house. You didn’t put your waverunner in his swimming pool to see how it ran, did you?

Now that is a tough one! They say that blood is thicker than water but is it thicker than oil and grease? You better hope your beer supply lasts because if he is like my brother everyone of his friends will be there to help and none will bring their own. Good luck to you.
