i cant eat at least a meal for 3 hours?

to gain muscle/weight escpically when lifting day at gym we need to eat 6 times or once every three hour.the prob is, im working part time for 5 – 8 hour and on working time im not allowed to eat.
and im afraid my body will breakdown muscle tissue that i been working so hard to get.
my idea is,i will cover up 3 meals that ive miss by eating the 3 meals at once after work to revive the muscle tissue that been breakdown during my part time job..
or u ppl have other advice?
