I’m heading for a nervous breakdown, what should i do?
Wednesday, June 25th, 2008I know i should seek professional help, but i’d much prefer locking myself in the house and stay in bed for many hours on end… both will ***** up my job, as we are heading right into the busy season, and i don’t think my insurance covers much with mental health. the world is falling apart around me and i want to just sit on the sidelines for a bit.
i should also metion i have a 7 year old son who is the light of my life and live with his mother who is the bane of my existence
